League Rule Book -- It may not be the most riveting content, but it's worth reviewing if you've never done so. A significant review and overhaul was made leading into Summer 2024 and additional changes have been made coming into 2025. There are also items in there unique to our league and different from what people may be used to in USA Swimming events or if coming from other leagues.
