Meet entry fees are charged by the host team and help cover the cost of participation in invitational meets. Our team will collect those fees from each family to cover the fee paid to the host team.

Below are links and order deadlines for purchasing suits, caps, and spirit wear! Our team receives a small commission when you purchase from our vendors. 

Team Swim Suit:

Swimmers are not required to purchase a team suit, but if you would like to sport some stingrays on your suit in Hempfield colors, you can purchase the team suit:

**We will host three suit try-on nights at the Rec if you'd like to check sizing before ordering: 

- 6-7 pm on Thursday April 23rd 

- Wednesday May 13th at 7pm during new swimmer evaluations 

- Thursday, May 14th at 7 pm during the team kick-off social 

Suits ship directly to you in a few days, but order by June 1 to have in time for our first meet. Alternatively, you can opt to purchase another suit (preferably red or black), or use one you already own. 

Team Caps: 

Team caps can be purchased from T and T swim by May 12th. Caps will be delivered approximately 4 weeks later.

Team Spirit Wear for the whole family:

Our apparel store is hosted through Etown Sports. Check out options to purchase tees, shorts, sweatshirts, and more! Orders must be placed by May 30th and will be delivered at practice before our first meet.
