Good morning, Stingrays! Welcome to our season launch week! Below is a list of reminders and upcoming events.

Calendar reminders:

🏊♀️🩱Wednesday 5/13 7-8pm: New swimmer evaluation night- Rec pool and Suit Try on #2
- All new swimmers should come swim a few laps to be evaluated by the coaches
- Suit try on and parent board members will be available to answer questions 




🎉🩱Thursday 5/14 7-8pm: Meet the Coaches night/Season kick off social at Rec pavilion/field, Suit try-on #3 
- Parent Meeting with Coaches and Board members to answer questions about the season
- Fun and games for kids to make friends and get excited for the start of swim season!

🏊♀️ Evening practices begin M-F on Monday, May 18 – May 28
* 11 & older:  5:00 - 6:00 PM (kids who swam in the older practice group last summer can also attend)
* 10 & under:6:00 - 7:00 PM

Merch Purchasing info:
* The team cap store will close on Tuesday, May 12. The logo has changed for this year, and you can order them with or without a name. Orders will be delivered to your swimmer's folder when available.

* The spirit wear store will close on Sunday, May 31. Make sure to purchase something for the whole family! Please place your swimmer's name as the recipient to help with delivery. Select "orders will be distributed at practice by a team rep" for free delivery.

* Don't forget to purchase the new team suit! While the team suit is optional, we'd love to see everyone in their stingray suits. There is no deadline to purchase as these are delivered straight to you via SwimOutlet. There will be suit try ons available at the new swimmer evaluation on Wed May 13 and the kickoff social on Thurs May 14.

* Black Knight Invitation t-shirts: Coach Bre from Landisville designed a cute shirt to represent the 3 Hempfield teams for our annual BKI meet on June 13th. Order yours by Wed May 27- preorders only, no shirts will be sold at the meet this year. BKI T-Shirt link
