We apologize for the delay in getting the online purchase information to you! Picture Day will be THIS Wednesday, JUNE 10TH! There will be NO PRACTICE this day!
(1) Arrival Times 

If your swimmer attends the 8am M/W/F practice AND they are taking individual pictures, please arrive between 8 and 8:15.

If your swimmer attends the 9am M/W/F practice, they will take individual pictures AFTER the team photo is taken.

If you are in the 8am M/W/F practice and you are not taking pictures OR if you are in the 9am M/W/F practice, please plan to arrive by 8:40/8:45 so we are set to take the TEAM PHOTO by 9AM.
***There will also be an opportunity to take sibling pictures if you choose. 

(2) Attire 

Please have your swimmer wear their team suit (if they have one) and their team t-shirt which was distributed and placed in your swimmer’s folder at today’s practice.

(3) Ordering Pictures 

YSPI does not use paper order forms. All photo ordering will be placed online. Please reference the information below:

Place your order and PRINT the receipt to hand to the photographer on photo day.
Your FREE Photo Calendar will be added to your cart at check-out.

**If you cannot print your receipt, please fill out a white paper at the photo shoot with your child’s name and confirmation number. The papers can be found on our display table in an acrylic holder or ask your photographer for one.

You are given 48 hours after the photoshoot to order without and fees after that time
a $10.00 shipping & processing fee will be applied to each order received after the photo date!
