🅿️Parking & Arrival

*Families should enter using the entrance near the tennis and pickleball courts.
*Follow posted signs and directions from parking volunteers.
*Parking map (attached) 

*Warm up times have not yet been confirmed but please plan to arrive between 7:45-8:00 unless we are informed that our warm up time will be earlier.
📆Meet Day Schedule

Gates Open: 7:15 AM 

Coaches/Scratch Meeting: 8:15 AM 

Timers Meeting: 8:30 AM 

Meet Start: 9 AM 

***Warm-up times and lane assignments will be distributed by the host team on Thursday.

🙋Volunteers 

We need to provide 2 timers for the 1st half and the 2nd half.
*we currently have 1 timer signed up for the 1st half so we need 3 additional timer slots filled*

🌭🍕Concessions 

The CVI usually has a pretty extensive concession stand filled with both breakfast and lunch items throughout the day.
