🏊Divisonals recap: We survived the storms! Thank you families for your patience getting through the delays yesterday. Congratulations to all of our swimmers on some great finishes. Awards will be handed out at the picnic. 

🚨Special congratulations to the 11-12 Boys Relay team (Harrison, Levi, Henry, and Hudson) who smashed the RECORD set in 2010 by over 2 seconds! Congratulations to Harper Hix who lowered her own record in the 50 back AGAIN! Way to go Stingrays!!

🏊♀️Practice: This last week of practice is only for swimmers attending All-leagues on Saturday and/or relays on Friday night. There will be one practice hour from 9-10am M-F. Coach Hannah will be posting relays soon.
*‼️‼️Please make sure you indicate if your child is available for Relays today so we can build as many as possible. Friday night goes really fast and it’s a fun event for the kids!

🧾Season Feedback Survey:  Please take 5 minutes to provide your feedback to the parent board on the 2026 Hempfield Stingrays swim season. We’re always looking for ways to continue to grow our program and meet families’ needs!

**We also really need 100% participation this summer to gather data on family REC membership to inform our conversations about our partnerships with the REC so please at least complete the first section!!

🥳Tuesday 7/21 5-8pm: End of Season Party at Landisville Pool

*We look forward to celebrating our awesome season together with a team dinner, dessert, and pool party! All swimmers will be recognized with additional coaches awards and superlatives.
💲Please bring $5 cash to pay for each non-member. Remember that the team is covering swimmers and 1 guardian.

🏆All-leagues: *Please make sure you indicate if your child is available for Relays today so we can build as many as possible. Friday night goes really fast and it’s a fun event for the kids!

🏊Relays: Friday 7/25 at New Holland pool.
- Warm-ups start at 5:00pm. Relays start at 6:30pm. We will update when Hempfield receives their warm-up slot
- Admission Fee: $5.00 each day.

🏊Individual Events: Saturday 7/25 at New Holland pool
* Warm-Ups start at 7:15 am. Meet starts at 9:00 am. We will update when Hempfield receives their warm-up slot
* Admission Fee: $5.00 each day. Swimmers and children under 5 are free.
* • Our Dolphin Dive Cafe as well as food trucks (coffee, smoothies, Acai Bowls, fries and more!) will
* be operating inside the pool gates starting at 4:00pm Friday.
* • Breakfast as well as snacks, etc., will be available for purchase at our Dolphin Dive Café starting
* at 7:00 AM Saturday. Lunch will be served starting at 10:30 on Saturday.

⏱️Timers: We still need 4 timers in each session (Friday and Saturday)- please sign up on swimtopia!

🏅Swim for Brandon: There is still time to make a donation to our annual fundraiser using the 2026 Swim for Brandon Donations link. Thank you to all the families who donated already! Our grand total will be announced at the Picnic.


🤦Check lost and found: Missing something?- please check the bin in front of the bulletin board at the pool this week. Items will be moved to the general Rec lost and found after this week.

🧾Invitational Billing:
Invoices for Divisionals and All-leagues will be sent out this week together. Please be on the look out if your swimmer(s) participated. We appreciate your prompt payment as we prepay for all invitationals! If you have questions about billing, please email Adam ([email protected]).
