The New Holland Swim Team will be hosting this year’s League Championship Swim meet on Friday, July
24 and Saturday, July 25. at the New Holland Community Pool.

Entry fee is $5.00 per event for each swimmer and $15.00 per relay. Swimmers can do up to 3 individual events on Saturday and 1 or both relays (max 4 events across the weekend). All swimmers are eligible for Friday night relays but swimmers must have made the League qualifying cut to be eligible to swim Saturday.  

RELAYS: Friday, July 24 Warm-ups start at 5:00pm. Relays start at 6:30pm.

Individual events will be held on Saturday, July 25 with one session for all ages.
Saturday Warm-Ups start at 7:15 am. Meet starts at 9:00 am.

Rain or inclement weather date will be Saturday, July 25 for both Relays AND Individual events.

Admission Fee: $5.00 each day. Swimmers and children under 5 are free.
• Our Dolphin Dive Cafe as well as food trucks (coffee, smoothies, Acai Bowls, fries and more!) will
be operating inside the pool gates starting at 4:00pm Friday.
• Breakfast as well as snacks, etc., will be available for purchase at our Dolphin Dive Café starting
at 7:00 AM Saturday. Lunch will be served starting at 10:30 on Saturday.
• League Championship t-shirts will be available for sale by Northwest Designs Ink. You can find
their tent inside the pool area near the tennis courts (right side of the building when you are
first entering)
• 8’s and 10’s will do out of water relay starts.
• New Holland Dolphins will accept Venmo (Service fee=$1 per purchase) or cash for food
purchases and admissions.

Note that this is a two session meet! 

Entry Fees: $5.00 for each individual event; $15.00 for each relay event. Swimmers are limited to 3 total events. 

Session 1 – 11 & Over (Age Groups: 12&U, 14&U, Open)
● Gates Open – 6:15 a.m.
● Warm-ups begin – Hempfield 8:30-8:45
● Timer’s Meeting – 8:30 a.m.
● Meet Start – 9:00 a.m.
Session 2 – 10 & Under (Age Groups: 10&U, 8&U)
● Warm-ups begin – Hempfield 1:05-1:15
● Timer’s Meeting – 1:00 p.m.
● Meet Start – 1:30 p.m

Volunteers: Each team is responsible for providing six timers total - (3) timers for the AM
session and three (3) timers for the PM session.

Parking: On-site parking will be provided for handicapped, coaches and officials.

the Highland Church. There is a walking path from the church to the pool.

Please arrive at 5:15 to get ready for a 5:30 warm-up. The meet will start a little after 6.
